As promised I'm here with my predictions.
Analysis:
This year out of all 3 encounters between KXIP and CSK, KXIP have got better of CSK each time. CSK team is full with talents like KXIP but they lack confidence. This confidence is very important in T20 and if a team lacks it then it will sink them for sure.
Both teams have power hitters and both are equally good in batting with KXIP having slight edge over CSK that's the main reason why KXIP have manage to win in all 3 encounters with CSK. CSK is behind KXIP in bowling and this is area which makes CSK weaker side.
Considering everything in my prediction equation it looks like KXIP is emerging winner.
Predictions:
Match: KXIP wil win with 80% chances.
Session: 70+ either side batting first.
Lambi: 175+ either side batting first.
Chase ho jayega. On this ground all CLT20 matches have been chased down except one and as I write KKR is on the verge of yet another successful chase.
Team batting second will have better chances of winning.
If CSK bat firsts then KXIP will be a sure winner.
If KXIP bats first then they will have slight less chances but they will be ultimately winner.
Risks and responsible gambling:
I never bet on CSK reason being they are the most unpredictable side to back. If CSK wins the match then it will be due to their better bowling performance.
Be responsible and don't bet your valuable possessions on matches.

Dekh bhai, mera prediction sab sahi ho reha hai iska matlab yeh nahi ki prediction hamesha sahi hoga. As I always say I predict based on solid stats and analysis. My predictions are not hunch like others. All my analysis and stats are in favour of KXIP. So I stand by my prediction for KXIP to win. But as usual don't bet your life on KXIP.
I'm also backing on KXIP on BETFAIR.com and as soon as I hit enough profit in live trading I'll exit. I'll not risk match till the end, I never do.
All bookies are in favour of CSK which is always true. Never ever in the history of T20 CSK have been underdogs any time irrespective of their poor performances. So what bookies are doing is quite normal for them to do. However the fact tells a different story and the fact is that KXIP are clear winner in the past 3 encounters this year and they are not looking bad at all. So what would you do? A sensible decision is to back KXIP.
Dhoni lost the toss and CSK will bat first. This favours KXIP. CSK are under pressure. Dhoni admitted that he would have also opted to chase. KXIP have now 90% chances of winning the match and setup a repeat of IPL title clash against KKR.
Faf du Plessis is back in CSK team and they also have extra spinner as Pawan Negi replaces Mithun Manhas. This give some strength to CSK. KXIP are down to 80% chances of winning the match. Maxwell is due for a biggie and he will seek revenge.
Both my predictions for sess and lambi came true.
