The most organised, in form and unbeaten team of the tournament, India, will take over the re-grouped South African squad, in the 2nd semi-final of the event. The Men in Blue have won all their Group matches and overpowered Pakistan, West Indies, Australia and the hosts Bangladesh. The Proteas won three out of the four played, as they grabbed the encounters against New Zealand, England and Netherlands. It’s going to be a battle of nerves and the team who plays better on the day will clinch the game.

  1. For India the players to watch are Hashim amla and AB de Villiers as these two are the only players who can counter attack and disarray the line and length of our spinners.Once India has these two in their pocket half the battle is won.In the given scenario Dhoni can try the opening bowling with Ashwin and Jadeja and hold back Amit Mishra up to ten overs. No need to experiment with likes of Raina,Virat kohli or Youvraj, neither do the mistake of changing spin bowling to pace when spinners get tight leash on batsmen, this is the mistake done by Pakistan against West Indies. Better choke SA with some accurate spinning and bouncing deliveries coupled with spirited fielding,Stick to 5 frontline bowlers using the pacers at the appropriate time and we are in.

    • i think india get victory ...............................................

  2. South Africa can derails India easily. Indians are big time chokers.

  3. This one is tough to predict. I'll go with India. Just placed £125 bet on India to win and £50 on Virat Kohli to be highest scorer.

    • You wo ,India won and Virat top scored 72*

  4. Hey I wanted to know how to bet online from India. Is it allowed? Which betting site is the best for Cricket betting?

    • Dude most of the UK based bookies accept Indian punters. I live in Pune and I've account on Ladbrokes and William Hill. Use moneybookers or Paypal as banking options. If you are lucky your Credit Card will also work. Enjoy betting!!

  5. If India wins toss they will win the game provided they can tame Hashim Amla and AB de Villiers. Quinton de Kock can be dangerous too, Indians are weak against South Africa's pace and bounce and their weakness with short balls is worldly renowned butt of joke. South Africans are good in exploiting Indian batting weakness and if they manage to do so in the semi-finals then they will win. SA lacks spinners and if pitch turns out to be helping spinners then SA will be on losing side. Indians are used to Dale Steyn in T20 format so he will not be a threat if Indians can pklay his bounce and short balls.

India looks like to be going in the finals.

  6. This T20 is proving to be paradise for orthodox spinners. We have already seen it in almost all matches. Amit Mishra and Ravichandran Ashwin, supported by Jadeja, Raina, are biggest assets for Indian team at this moment. Indian Seamers are also able to move balls which is a plus point for India. And not to forget Yuvraj Singh, Dhoni can use him if required. With so many option available and with pitch's assisting India is all poised for final birth. SA lack orthodox and quality spinners and they will regret it.

    My pick is India.

  7. I am indian so obusaly on india's side. . .
Bt still S.A. is dangerous team so dhoni must have to b cool
