It's not absurd, it's how it works. Bookies have to draw a line somewhere to settle bets. As long as it's mentioned in their terms it's all ok. Our frustration is also justified but that's how things work. For super over match result they create a new market. Apart from that they also have another market "Super over" where you can bet on if the match will go into super over or not.
There are many other loopholes as well in Cricket as they always don't cover hundreds of Cricket rules/classifications.

KKR is obviously favourite in all departments and they will remain fav throughout the match unless it's one way since the start. Gauti is in form and they have got a strong batting lineup all the way towards the tail end. KKR odds ain't going up a lot so we will have very narrow margin of odds movements to trade. Stick with KKR in trading. I don't have much faith in SRH batting lineup, if openers fail then they are all left with two Englishmen who as we all know can't play limited overs Cricket. If SRH openers fire then we will have good contest.

Pitch is covered so no harm done. Field will be wet so ball will become soggy and hence bowlers will be on the receiving end after initial overs. It looked batting pitch so expect same.
