Ram Slam T20 Challenge, 2014-15 has reached its peak and all six participating teams are fighting for their supremacy. Warriors lost the opening match of the event against Knights by 74 runs and continued with their poor performance in the next game which was surrendered vs. Dolphins by 54. Lions have played just one game vs. Dolphins and grabbed that by a big margin of six wickets. The former will take over Warriors in the forthcoming match and the latter will contemplate a positive result.
Craig Kieswetter is the only batsman of Warriors who scored a fifty in two games, Somila Seyibokwe, JJ Smuts, Colin Ingram and Christiaan Jonker must come out with big scores. Smuts is their top wicket taker while Ayabulela Gqamane, Rusty Theron and Simon Harmer are required to bowl perfectly.
Chris Gayle and Jean Symes scored half centuries for Lions in their previous match whereas Alviro Petersen, Neil McKenzie and Temba Bavuma can change the complexion of the game with their batting. Gayle crushed the rival batsmen and grabbed four wickets, Chris Morris, Hardus Viljoen and Lonwabo Tsosobe form their deadly bowling.
Friday, November 7, 2014 @ 16:00 GMT, 18:00 local at Buffalo Park, East London. The venue with a seating capacity of 15,000 is one of the smallest but beautiful cricket ground in South Africa and can accommodate night matches.
