Sri Lanka v England 4th ODI Prediction

England made their presence felt in the seven ODI series while winning the third game by five wickets, the hosts leads the series at 2-1 and a lot of interesting games still to be followed. The Islanders managed 242 runs for the loss of eight wickets in the reduced quota of 35 overs. The Englishmen rushed to the revised target of 236 with half of their side intact and eight balls to spare. It is not going to be a one sided affair in the coming games since the hosts have to play excellent cricket to maintain their supremacy while the visitors will fight hard to grab the series.

Players to watch

Lahiru Thirimanne, Kumar Sangakkara registered fifties in the last match whereas Mahela Jayawardene and Tillakaratne Dilshan have scored quite a few runs in the series. The bowling department of the Lankan Lions revolves around Ajantha Mendis, Thisara Perera, Rangana Herath and Dhammika Prasad.

The skipper of England, Alastair Cook has been suspended for one game due to slow over rate in the previous match and will be replaced by Eoin Morgan. Jos Buttler demonstrated a crunchy unbeaten knock of 55 while Moeen Ali and Joe Root contributed 58 and 48 runs.
