The re-emerged fighting unit of West Indies under the captaincy of Denesh Ramdin, bounced back by grabbing the second Test in Trinidad against New Zealand. Earlier, the Black Caps won the first Test in Jamaica but the Caribbeans levelled the three Test series and both teams will fight hard to grasp the final encounter.

Players to watch

Kraigg Brathwaite along with Darren Bravo batted excellently in the second Test by hitting tons. Chris Gayle played a brisk unbeaten innings of 80 runs while composed batting was witnessed by Shivnarine Chanderpaul in the first Test. Jerome Taylor, Kemar Roach and Sulieman Benn delivered match winning spells in both innings of the previous match.

Tom Latham is the highest run scorer for the Kiwis with three fifties, Kane Williamson and Jimmy Neesham were the century makers in the first game while BJ Watling is in fine form. Ish Sodhi, Mark Craig and the experienced Tim Southee are bowling exceptionally well.
