The two unpredictable teams of the cricket world, Pakistan and West Indies, will fight in a thrilling encounter which will lead one of them to the semi-finals. The Green Shirts lost their opening match against India but came back strongly in the event by winning vs. Australia and the hosts Bangladesh. The Caribbeans went down vs. the Blue Shirts but consolidated their position by grabbing the games against the Bengal Tigers and the Kangaroos convincingly. The forthcoming match will be the last one of the two pools and the team that plays better will qualify for the top four.

Players to watch

Ahmed Shehzad became the first Pakistani to post a hundred in the shortest version of the game. Umar Akmal is in good nick but they require a solid innings from their skipper Mohammad Hafeez. The spin trio of Saeed Ajmal, Zulfiqar Babar and Shahid Afridi can win them an important game.

Chris Gayle and Dwayne Smith are the main run getters for the Windies whereas their captain, Darren Sammy, can get magic results with the willow. Samuel Badree is their highest wicket taker in the tournament and Sunil Narine will be a difficult customer to handle by the rival batsmen.
