The Proteas came back in the series against the Kangaroos by grabbing the second Test and the visitors were beaten all ends up in each department of the game. The previous encounter was marked by the brilliant tons from three top order batsmen of the home side and their bowlers supported them whole heartedly to clinch the game. The Aussies were unable to continue with their ongoing rhythm and perhaps, their overconfidence sunk them against a determined side. The third and final Test will be a match to be watched and both teams will anticipate winning it and lifting the series.
Jean-Paul Duminy, Hashim Amla and AB de Villiers were the star performers with the bat, powered centuries in the second Test and they will be the centre of attraction in the coming game. Dale Steyn reminded the tourists why he is ranked among one of the furious bowlers in the world and Vernon Philander will be dangerous with the cherry as well.
The Australian batting is revolving around their openers, Chris Rogers and David Warner, but it is high time for their skipper, Michael Clarke, to deliver with the willow. Mitchell Johnson should forget the previous Test and concentrate on the next one whereas Nathan Lyon can trouble the Proteas batsmen.
