Guys use correct email during registration process. I can se ethat on daily basis about 100-150 incorrect email mentioned during registration. These new accounts remained unconfirmed and we will eventually delete them. 

If you think you have used incorrect email then send me your correct email id via /contact page and I'll fix it.
