Cape Cobras v Knights RamSlam T20 Final Prediction

Knights defeated the no.2 team of the Ram Slam T20 Challenge, 2014-15, Lions in the semi-final by a hefty margin of eight wickets and made their way to the final. The latter managed 148 runs after losing five wickets in the allocated 20 overs and the former reached the target by powering 2-150 with 13 balls still in hand. The superb team of the event, Cape Cobras, already qualified for the final while gathering 37 points after winning 8 matches out of 10, losing one and one ended without any result. Knights were scheduled to play two pool games with Cape Cobras, the first one on November 12, 2014 was abandoned because of the weather and the latter grabbed the second one on November 30^th by eight runs. Both teams will face each other in one of the most important encounters of the tournament and the one plays better on the day will deserve the trophy.

Players to watch

Hashim Amla along with Dane Vilas sparkled for Cape Cobras vs. Warriors and shared an unbroken 87 runs partnership with their individual contribution of 56 and 43. Richard Levi is the highest run getter of the event by plundering 391 runs at an awesome average of 43.44 comprising four fifties whereas Omphile Ramela and is another fine batsman. Kieron Pollard is the backbone of their middle order batting and has grabbed 11 wickets as well while George Linde, Dane Paterson, Dale Steyn and Mithokozisi Shezi are the match winning bowlers.

Reeza Hendricks and Rilee Rossouw were the excellent batsmen of Knights against Lions in the semi-final. They compiled 115 runs for the second wicket, Hendricks stood firm at his crease with 74 and Rossouw added 58 to his credit. Gerhardt Abrahams and Rudi Second have scored enough runs in the tournament while Andre Russell is enjoying his all-round performance. Shadley van Schalkwyk, Malusi Siboto and Werner Coestee are their excellent bowlers.
