Knights continued their journey towards prosperity by winning their last game against Dolphins by 39 runs. They have played eight matches, grasped four, lost two while the other two ended without any result and are placed on the third position with 22 points. The strong going Cape Cobras defeated Warriors by a vast margin of 72 runs and ruling at top of the table with 29 points out of eight matches, winning six, losing one and one finished without having any result. The last game between Cape Cobras and Knights produced no result since it was overpowered by rain.
Reeza Hendricks and Andre Russell smashed fifties for Knights vs. Dolphins, Tumelo Bodibe scored 23 while Gerhardt Abrahams, Rudi Second and Diego Rosier are among runs. Andre Russell and Shadley van Schalkwyk grabbed three wickets each, Werner Coetsee and Quinton Friend are bowling superbly.
Richard Levi along with Andrew Puttick shared a match winning opening partnership of 140 runs for Cape Cobras against Warriors with their individual innings of 76 and 65. Kieron Pollard held his end for 32, Omphile Ramela and Dane Vilas have contributed useful runs in the tournament. Sybrand Engelbrecht and George Linde removed 4 and 3 batsmen while Pollard and Ferisco Adams are part of their lethal bowling unit.
