The low ranked team in the Ram Slam T20 Challenge, 2014-15, Dolphins, surprised the mighty Lions when the latter was defeated by a good margin of five wickets on November 30, at Bloemfontein. Knights got the same treatment from Cape Cobras who grabbed the last game by a margin of eight mere runs. The former has played 9 matches, won 4, lost 3, two ended without any result and they attained 22 points while holding third position. Lions appeared in 9 games as well, triumphed in 6, surrendered three and are holding the second spot with 26 points.
The last pool match between Knights and Lions held on November 9, at Potchefstroom was tied but the latter won the one-over eliminator. Both teams will take over each other in the final pool game of the event which will decide the standings for the second and third position.
Rudi Second powered an unbeaten fifty for Knights vs. Cape Cobras and Tumelo Bodibe secured his end with 30. Reeza Hendricks, Gerhardt Abrahams and Rilee Rossouw are part of their strong batting line up.
