This marks the South African’s 7^th trip to Melbourne. He achieved his best finish by reaching the fourth round last year but Roger-Vasselin presents an interesting roadblock.

Anderson works at his craft but has a modest won-lost percentage (136-112). He can upset anyone on tour but he has also fallen victim of the upset. Roger-Vasselin believes he can topple the South African.
