Sydney Thunder tasted their inaugural victory of the event while defeating a strong unit of Sydney Sixers by a margin of 16 runs. Melbourne Renegades will play their coming match vs. Sydney Thunder with a hope to win it while the latter will anticipate strengthening their position in the tournament.
Players to watch
Callum Ferguson is their major runs getter for Melbourne Renegades while Andre Russell along with Matthew Wade and Aaron Finch have contributed a few runs but their team requires big innings from them.
