Sydney Thunder got off to a breezy beginning of the Big Bash League, 2014-15 while beating Brisbane Heat by a margin of 56 runs and gathered two points. Sydney Sixers won their second game of the event by defeating Hobart Hurricanes with a hefty margin of seven wickets and have accumulated four points. The skipper of Sydney Thunder, Michael Hussey, along with the seasoned all-rounder, Jacques Kallis, blasted 160 of 16.6 overs for the first wicket against Brisbane Heat. The former powered 96 off just 60 balls with 7 towering sixes and 6 fours while the latter remained unbeaten for 97 from 55 mere deliveries comprising 6 lofty sixes and 7 well timed fours. Eoin Morgan, Aiden Blizzard and Chris Hartley are formidable middle order batsmen with a healthy previous record. Gurinder Sandhu and Andrew McDonald were the supreme bowlers with three wickets each, Pat Cummins held two while Kallis and Dirk Nannes provided them required assistance.
Michael Lumb, Nic Maddinson, Moises Henriques, Jordan Silk and Riki Wessels contributed enough runs which enabled Sydney Sixers to grasp a win vs. Hobart Hurricanes. Do not worry mate... Considering the fact that I picked the winner in last 14 matches ( I do not predict each match only selected ones) I would give some suggestions.. First whoever wins thunder Ll bat first .. Possibility 70% .. Looking at sixers bowling line up first ten covers run rate will be under 8.. In the last ten even if they score 90 target will not be more than 170.. And then lumb Ll score few quick runs along with maddinson.. They bat deep.. Carter is a massive hitter.. Bret Lee can swing the bat as well.. So they Ll need around 50-60 runs in last 5 overs due to nature of d ground they Ll chase it.. Even if they bat first they ll defend anything <170 .My call is sixers will the match ..all the best.. Remember I'm not a god I'm not a fixer.. Bhaii as I told I'm not a punter , I'm not a tipper.. I do not have any reports with me .. am a cricket freak.. I always choose a team based on player, opposite team ..ground etc.. Thunder's batting vs Sixers' bowling, old guards vs new blood who will dominate? On paper Thunders are looking strong with their strong batting lineup whereas Sixers have enough muscle to restrict any team. Hussey & Kallis vs Lee and Bollinger. Eoin Morgan is the firecraker ready to explod anytime the only problem is that it rarely explodes. Kallis and old timer Hussey are still around in T20 which is suppose to bring more youngsters than being the last refuse of retirees. But they are looking good, as usual experience does count. Lee still looking good thanks to his fitness but I'm not sure about chubby Bollinger but he is effective in T20. Sixers lack experience batting lineup but they are well capable of scoring big and chasing.
Big Bash matches are so predictable well at least so far they have followed same pattern. Low scores have been chased down and high score guarantees victory. So it all comes down to team batting first. BBL is nightmare for traders as odds remain almost a horizontal line. It looks like a well balance clash and might be low scoring match unless someone makes Diwali out of it.

Dear all, as per my guessing today kallis and hussy will not make more score due to the bowling line of sixers. If sixers will lose this match then they will get down to 3rd n position and thunders will be in 2nd position if thunders will win.
So as per my guessing today sixers will win the match and they will come to first position in ranking table. So this will be an very interesting match today.
